Aerobics - fitness training
Aerobics is a fitness training in which you move rhythmically to motivating music. The exercises are put together in the form of a choreography to match the music and are a mixture of gymnastics and dance, which is demonstrated by the trainer. The main focus is on training endurance and coordination.
Our aerobics group meets every Monday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the premises of the Bulka physiotherapy center (Zeisigwaldstr. 79, 09130 Chemnitz). Our instructor, Ms. Pönitz, is happy to welcome new members.
