USG Badminton

The badminton department is among the youngest in our club. Since forming in 2021, we regularly welcome new members of various age groups and skill levels.

For us, it's not just about maximum athletic commitment and personal bests. First and foremost, it's the fun and sense of community that characterizes our club life. We see us as recreational athletes and do not participate in serious tournaments (as of now).

You have three trial lessons. You only need indoor shoes and sportswear - a racket and shuttlecock can be borrowed for the time being.

If you decide to join us, please fill the membership form. At the link you will also find the basic information regarding club membership fees. The contributions for the badminton department are 30€ per half-year at the moment.

Times:
(April-September) monday and wednesday 19:00 – 20:30 o'clock
(October-March) presumably. monday and wednesday 20:30 – 22:00 o'clock
01.06.2026 - 11.2026 mondays at 18:30 - 20:00 o'clock
13.05.2026 - 11.2026 wednesdays at 20:00 - 22:00 o'clock

Till presumably Nov. 2026 our training time and location got shifted. After that, it will likely resume in Jahnbaude at the regular times listed above.
