ice skating and inline skating
for school classes, daycare and kindergarten groups
We supervise kindergarten and daycare groups from Chemnitz and the surrounding area while ice skating and inline skating in the Chemnitz ice sports complex.
It is very important to us to convey to children, especially in a playful way, the joy of sport and thus of exercise.
Both sports, which are very similar in their movement sequence and therefore complement each other well, train fitness, mobility, agility, coordination, muscle strengthening, dexterity and balance.
We teach these two sports to children aged 4 and up in a playful way. Kindergarten groups come to our ice sports complex in Küchwald every day with their teachers. We train ice skating from October to March and inline skating from April to September. With lots of fun and practice with small play equipment such as balls, tires, pylons, the children quickly gain confidence on the narrow blades and rollers. Through continuous learning, they become more confident in their movements and dare to tackle more and more difficulties. We always adapt our training units to the children's previous knowledge and abilities, so that everyone from complete beginners to experienced skaters can enjoy this sporting activity.
Ice skating takes place at specially reserved times, away from public skating. The training program on the ice is adapted to the age of the children and their previous knowledge. There is something for everyone. From skating exercises to slalom and circuits to playing ice hockey, everything is tried and learned.
Our services are also used by physically and mentally disabled children and young people. For them, it is a very special challenge and experience. You often get the biggest smile from these special kids as confirmation that they enjoyed it.
Thanks to a large stock of ice skates, inline skates and protective gear, we can equip many kids. The low participation fee allows all kids to take part.
Very often we succeed in getting children so excited about the sports that they decide to take up figure skating, speed skating or ice hockey as their new hobby. We are very pleased that we can help local ice sports clubs to gain members and thus lay the foundation for ice sports in the city of Chemnitz.
For many years, our sporting activities in the areas of inline skating and ice skating have been very well received. New groups join every year, so that the possible capacities are largely exhausted. However, we always endeavour to accommodate every request to participate.
Dear educators, dear teachers, if you would like to try ice skating or inline skating with the children you look after, please contact us.
